Through our Missions Ministry, Faith Church seeks to fulfill the Great Commission beyond our local community by proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ, making disciples, and ministering to those in need both spiritually and physically.

Quarterly Mission Emphasis Weekends feature a concentrated effort to get to know our missionaries personally and to celebrate the way in which God has blessed our missions efforts over the years. This is also a time to encourage our members be become even more involved in our world Missions effort.

Each Summer a team of missionaries from our congregation is chosen, trained and sent out on a seven to ten day trip to minister, both spiritually and physically, to people in various parts of the United States or overseas.

Other individuals from Faith Church frequently find opportunities to serve as "Short Term" missionaries all over the world as teachers, preachers, builders, medical servants, musicians and friends; using their gifts to show Christ's love to others.

Our Missions Ministry Team at Faith Church encourages each member of Faith to examine where and when our Lord would use her or him on the mission field, either as career or short term missionaries, or as sacrificial givers to support those who go as we seek to take the Gospel to all the world.

The Missions Ministry Team consists of Faith Church members and operates under the oversight of the church Session. There is always room for more people who want to help with this great ministry. The Team serves to provide Godly leadership to our members in the area of mission involvement and to determine which mission efforts should be supported, both spiritually and financially, by our congregation. Customarily, support is provided for career missionaries as they serve in foreign countries and for Church planting teams here in the United States. In addition, Faith Church provides financial and prayer support for other mission organizations in the local community as well as internationally.
